Spanish Language Instructor(s) San Antonio

A minimum of 3 years experience of teaching Spanish to adults in a formal classroom setting; tutoring or working in an elementary or secondary educational setting will not be accepted. This will be working for a government agency involved in homeland security in San Antonio, TX.

Develop and present complex language training materials and programs for customers and in-house employees. Test trainees to measure their progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. Conducts training programs on complex language and area studies topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.

Bachelor's degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent and three to seven years of related experience; we are looking for candidates who have direct experience teaching languages in a formalized classroom setting to adult students.

A native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 4 in reading, listening and speaking in the standard form of the language to be taught.

A non-native speaker with an ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in the standard form of the language to be taught.
